We had our daughter’s first birthday party here yesterday and it was incredible. This place is ran like a well oiled machine. I read the previous reviews regarding how poorly this place was ran, however, after discussing with my friends who’ve been here, they encouraged me to book. I’m so happy I listened to people I know and not some stranger on the internet. I understand how people felt “rushed” during eating but this is a business that holds multiple parties and they need to keep things on schedule. Bailey was our party leader and she was awesome. The other 2 assistants, Chris and Kier were just as helpful. The room was set up perfectly and they made sure to keep the party moving. The 2 women at the front desk/reception area were an absolute pleasure to work with. Also, shoutout to Janine and Marissa for matching our vision. The place is clean from corner to corner. We can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re thinking about booking your birthday party here, DO IT.

My nieces love it here. It's an amazing place for children, they truly enjoy it there. Place is designed like a preschool/school. Has different interactive rooms. Both my nieces had their birthday parties here. Recently we just celebrated my nieces 3rd birthday here and she was beyond happy & grateful. Expensive honestly & limited time...but the Kids truly love it here. So definitely recommend. The bathrooms have a capacity for 2 persons each and very small. The second you walk in there's a shop for kids...(toys and such)...be aware it draws attention and the kids want you to buy them things.

My little boy and wife went to a birthday party. She enjoyed herself but definitely not as much as the little one. Since that’s the case; we decided to leave a great review! Place is spacious and amazing for birthday events as the one they went to today. Food was yummy and okay rooms were very clean. The jungle gym looked amazing and big for kids under 6 years old. My baby boy said he wished it wa slinger but unfortunately it wasn’t but still loved the experience; thank you for being so awesome! We’d highly recommend this place!

I booked dinner with Santa for my son and we got terribly sick with high fevers and everything. I called 4 days prior to the date in hopes of getting credit (as it’s noted on their policy) to go another time and get some use of my $75 dollars I spent. They said I cannot get store credit until someone else purchases tickets in my place. So not only am I not getting my money back- I cant even use it another time (they keep the money) What’s even more concerning is that this is a children’s play place where children are frequently sick- all this does is encourage parents to bring sick kids to go and play bc they booked tickets in advance and it’s impossible to get any credit to go another time (where they still keep their money! lol)

Jack had the best time ever!! It was so very clean, cheerful, educational, and had every single possible amenity. For me the best part was cleanliness and enormous healthy fun! I am a retired principal and this was first class for young children! Have fun!! I know you will!

This place is a hidden gem! We traveled a good distance to attend a Halloween event and we’re blown away. The staff not only interacted with the children but they were there to assist the adults as well. The event included surprise visits from characters, sand art and picture frame creating with a printed photo of your child! Pizza was included for the kids and adults as well as treat bags. We are calling today to book more events for the holidays. The price is right for all of the accommodations and the look on your child’s face. Good luck leaving because my son LOVED IT! (18 months)

It's a cool place with great classes and parties however, I can absolutely confirm with previous reviews that the 2 girls present at the front desk have an attitude, are not welcoming, annoyed if you interrupt their sidebar conversations, low key rude, etc. Especially the taller girl with the dark hair. Had an attitude when I arrived, I snapped back with one, and she walked by me wouldn't look at me and then gave me glaring looks while leaving. Who the F do you think you are? You're working at the front desk of a kids play place, get over yourself. That being said, the rest of this place is wonderful.

Came here with my 3 year old daughter and 2 year old niece. They both enjoyed themselves but were a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people. Place can get very busy but once they warmed up they had a great time. Good spot to stay inside on a cold day. Kids of all ages.
